Project Team

The NAS Corpus Christi JLUS is a collaborative planning effort led by the City of Corpus Christi, in partnership with NAS Corpus Christi and Nueces County.

This project is being funded under a grant provided by the Department of Defense, Office of Economic Adjustment to the City of Corpus Christi. As the JLUS sponsor, the City of Corpus Christi is charged with the management of the project and federal grant and is responsible for the preparation of the JLUS in coordination with the Navy and other interested agencies and organizations in the region.

The content of the JLUS is directed by the City, with input from Nueces County, NAS Corpus Christi, Corpus Christi International Airport (CCIA) and other key local stakeholders. Mr. Robert Payne is the City's Senior Planner charged with overseeing and coordinating this project. His contact information is listed on the right side of this website.
